Go Asia Pacific - Your ABC gateway to the Asia Pacific

As part of our efforts to provide you with the latest news and information from Pacific, we've brought together the Go Asia Pacific and Radio Australia websites to create a fresh, new site at http://www.abc.net.au/ra/ .

This website will no longer be updated but you'll find most of your favourite Go Asia Pacific features in Radio Australia News:

For news from the Pacific go to the 'latest news' box and use the 'Pacific' tabs to see news from the Pacific only.
For background information, take a look at our Country Profiles, Maps and other special features. You'll find them linked to individual news stories, or you can scan our index pages to see what's available now.
If you're interested in analysis and opinion, look out for Viewpoints.
Transcripts and audio of the ABC's daily stories from the Pacific can still be found on program websites. We recommend Radio Australia's Pacific Beat.
If you like to have your say, why not make a comment in the guestbook available on the Pacific Beat website?
Don't be a stranger! If you have a question about our new Radio Australia website, contact us.
